Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :01\/02\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n             --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.3269 OF 2010 (G)\n             --------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 1st day of February, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioners submit that they made applications to the<\/p>\n<p>respondent    Panchayat          for   licence     for   operating brick<\/p>\n<p>manufacturing units. It is stated that despite having made the<\/p>\n<p>applications, which are also stated to be            accompanied by all<\/p>\n<p>necessary documents, the applications are not considered. It is in<\/p>\n<p>these circumstances the writ petition has been filed praying for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the Panchayat to expeditiously consider the<\/p>\n<p>applications.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. If as stated by the petitioners, they have made<\/p>\n<p>applications, which are valid in all respects, there is no reason<\/p>\n<p>why the same shall not be considered in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>     Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing that if<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners have submitted applications for licenses, those<\/p>\n<p>applications will be considered in accordance with law.
