JUSTICE AJAY RASTOGI\n ***\n<\/pre>\n<p>Mr.Anoop Dhand, for petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tInstant petition has been filed assailing the order of the Service Appellate Tribunal dt. 01\/11\/2010 whereby, while issuing notice of appeal, after recording submissions in brief, the interim relief, as prayed for, has been declined.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe petitioner, who is working as a Teacher, on being transferred within district Sikar at a distance of 40 Kilometers, preferred appeal, however, after taking note of the submissions made, the learned Tribunal under order impugned issued notice of the appeal but declined to grant interim relief as prayed for vide order impugned dt. 01\/11\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis Court has already observed that such practice of filing appeal against the order of refusal to grant interim order, should not be encouraged. However, after having gone through the order impugned, this Court does not find any manifest error being committed by the learned Tribunal. Counsel further submits that at least the appeal may be disposed of expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
