Ashok Gupta<br \/>\nRespondent : Absent<br \/>\nFrom the submission of the appellant and the papers presented before the Commission<br \/>\nit appears that no reply at all has been given to the appellant either by the PIO or the<br \/>\nFirst appellate authority.
