JOSEPH FRANCIS, JJ.\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      W.P.(Crl.)No. 496 of 2010\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Dated this the 10th day of January, 2011\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of<\/p>\n<p>Habeas Corpus against respondents 2 and 3 for the production of<\/p>\n<p>Sunila M., wife of Yadunandanan U.M. and the petitioner&#8217;s child, viz.<\/p>\n<p>Vaishnav Krishna U.M., aged 4= years before this Court. The          4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent is the elder sister of the petitioner&#8217;s wife.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Today the wife and the child were present before us. After<\/p>\n<p>interaction with the alleged detenu, we are convinced that there is no<\/p>\n<p>illegal detention as alleged by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to seek<\/p>\n<p>appropriate relief, if so advised, before any forum, we dismiss this Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (K.M.
