(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Notice of motion.\n<\/p>\n<p>      On the asking of this Court, Mr.B.S.Chahal, DAG, Punjab accepts<\/p>\n<p>notice on behalf of the respondents-State. With the consent of the counsel,<\/p>\n<p>this petition is disposed of at motion stage.<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner applied      for ETT Teacher under the category of<\/p>\n<p>dependents of Ex-Army Personnel. The grievance of the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>she has not been selected on the ground that she withdrew her application<\/p>\n<p>for the post of ETT teacher which is denied by the petitioner. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has also filed legal notice (Annexure P-5) which has not been decided till<\/p>\n<p>date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would<\/p>\n<p>be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider the legal notice and<\/p>\n<p>take a decision thereon.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP NO. 547         of 2009                       :2:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>respondents to take a decision on the legal notice (Annexure P-5)<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order<\/p>\n<p>is furnished to the competent authority.
