RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      =======================\n                   Bail Application No.1355 of 2009\n                      =======================\n               Dated this the 20th day of March, 2009.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners who<\/p>\n<p>are accused Nos.1,2 &amp; 4 to 9 in Crime No.65 of 2009 of Poochakkal<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for an offence punishable under Sections143,147,294<\/p>\n<p>(b),353,451 &amp; 3(2)(a) of the PDPP Act, seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of legal<\/p>\n<p>injury sustained by the injured and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of their arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>the above case on their executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>ten thousand only)       with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B. A.No.1355\/09                  -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          1. The    petitioners  shall  report   before  the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n              a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          2.    The petitioners shall make        themselves<br \/>\n              available for interrogation including custodial<br \/>\n              interrogation as and when     required by the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         3. The      petitioners  shall  not   influence  or<br \/>\n              intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<br \/>\n              they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<br \/>\n              the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          4. The petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n              while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          5.
