provides for compulsory coverage to the 'd\u00ab-.ri_\\\/erg V?<\/p>\n
9. In View of  .ApwVrer_nium of ?25\/- to
\ncover the  to be necessarily
\nheld  or a loader. The claim
\nmadeon’  th..e’-salidlhjacclifdent being only the claim
\nof  the Commissioner is justified<\/p>\n
