JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 26\/11\/2010  \n \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tAfter<br \/>\nmaking some submissions, Mr.Jayraj Chauhan, learned advocate for<br \/>\nMr.U.M.Shastri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the<br \/>\npetitioner may be permitted to make a representation  to the<br \/>\nCommissioner, Tribal Development, regarding the grievances voiced by<br \/>\nhim in the petition and respondent No.1 may be directed to consider<br \/>\nand decide the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn<br \/>\nthe above statement being made by the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner, the following order is passed :\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner is permitted to make a representation to respondent No.1 &#8211;<br \/>\nCommissioner, Tribal Development, regarding the grievances voiced in<br \/>\nthe petition pertaining to his transfer.
