Call for the lower court<\/p>\n<p>                 records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            As regards prayer for bail, it is true that the allegation and<\/p>\n<p>                 evidence is that the appellant was wielding a Fasuli repeatedly on<\/p>\n<p>                 the neck of the injured Pramod Kumar but, the evidence of the<\/p>\n<p>                 doctor discussed at paragraph 13 of the judgment is that the couple<\/p>\n<p>                 of injuries recorded by P.W. 4 were only skin deep and one of them<\/p>\n<p>                 was on the cheek, considering which, during the pendency of the<\/p>\n<p>                 appeal, let appellant Ramdeo Das be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs.10000\/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge FTC &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>                 V, Muzaffarpur in S.T.
