He<br \/>\nhas submitted that in view of the said instructions, he seeks<br \/>\npermission to withdraw the petition. Mr. D.M.Thakkar, learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the respondents, has no objection so far as the request<br \/>\nto withdraw the petition is concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\nthe request by the learned advocate for the petitioner is accepted.<br \/>\nThe petition is permitted to be withdrawn. The petition stands<br \/>\ndisposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if<br \/>\nany, granted earlier, stands vacated forthwith.
