Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :05\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                            KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n                  -----------------------------------------\n                       W.P(C) No. 32422 of 2006\n                  -----------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 5th day of November, 2008\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-<\/p>\n<p>                i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<br \/>\n         writ, direction or order directing the 2nd respondent to report<br \/>\n         all available and existing vacancies of Lecturers (Political<br \/>\n         Science) in various Government Colleges, including one NJD<br \/>\n         vacancy, to the 3rd respondent P.S.C. for advice and<br \/>\n         appointment from Ext.P2 ranked list.\n<\/p>\n<p>                ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<br \/>\n         writ, direction or order declaring that the petitioner is entitled<br \/>\n         to get advice and appointment as Lecturer (Political Science)<br \/>\n         to the vacancies presently available in Government Colleges<br \/>\n         on the basis of her inclusion in Ext.P2 ranked list.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate<\/p>\n<p>action in the matter, if not already taken, within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment along<\/p>\n<p>with a copy of the writ petition. On the respondents 1 and 2 reporting<\/p>\n<p>the vacancies, the 3rd respondent shall take prompt action to issue<\/p>\n<p>advice memo.
