Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.7.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under sections 307, 504, 506 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms<\/p>\n<p>                    Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                According to the prosecution case, petitioner opened fire but<\/p>\n<p>                    admittedly, fire of the petitioner did not hit the injured. Moreover, one<\/p>\n<p>                    co-accused, namely, Ashok Kumar Bhosha against whom there is<\/p>\n<p>                    specific allegation of firing has already been granted privilege of bail<\/p>\n<p>                    by another bench of this court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Accordingly, petitioner, Mukesh Kumar, is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Rahui P.S.
