P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Andharatharhi<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S. Case no. 57 of 2010 registered under section 302 and other minor<\/p>\n<p>                 sections of the IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he<\/p>\n<p>                 gave one blow with back portion of the spade on the head of the<\/p>\n<p>                 deceased and so far as rest accused are concerned, it is stated that they<\/p>\n<p>                 assaulted the deceased with different lethal weapons.<\/p>\n<p>                           Admittedly, co-accused Sanjeev Kumar Singh and three<\/p>\n<p>                 others have already been granted bail by another bench of this court<\/p>\n<p>                 vide order dated 25.11.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 39323 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Arun Singh be released<\/p>\n<p>                 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief<\/p>\n<p>                 Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur Dist.
