The young boy, aged 14 years, was kidnapped for<\/p>\n<p>                 settling a business issue. It was coupled with heavy demand of ransom.<\/p>\n<p>                 Somehow the boy was then released. Immediately, the boy gave his<\/p>\n<p>                 statement under Section 164 of Criminal Procedure Code in which<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners of both the cases have been named. Learned Senior Counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 appearing in support of the bail application states that another co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>                 namely, Dasu Ganju has been released on bail by this Court in Cr Misc<\/p>\n<p>                 No 7182 of 2011. It appears that he was released because he was not<\/p>\n<p>                 named by the victim boy in his statement under Section 164 of Criminal<\/p>\n<p>                 Procedure Code whereas there is specific allegation against the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                         In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere in<\/p>\n<p>          the matter at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         However, once charges are framed against the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>          they would be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>          10,000\/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>          each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Mufasil<\/p>\n<p>          Police Station Case No 160 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>M.E.H.\/                                         (Navaniti Prasad Singh)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
