Bahadurpur,\n                District Darbhanga\n                                    Versus\n           1. THE STATE OF BIHAR\n           2. Madan Prasad Singh, son of late Maheshwar\n               Singh, resident of village Maniaru, P.S.\n               Mohiuddin nagar, District Samastipur\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2.   14.7.2010            For the reasons mentioned in this<\/p>\n
                 application    the   prayer    of   the   petitioners<\/p>\n
                 for extending time for surrendering in terms<\/p>\n
                 of the order of this Court dated 1.2.2010 in<\/p>\n
                 Cr.Misc.No.    46639\/2009     is    allowed    and    the<\/p>\n
                 time   for    surrendering     is    extended    by     a<\/p>\n
                 period of two weeks. The other portion of<\/p>\n
                 the order of this Court will remain as it<\/p>\n
                 is.\n<\/p>\n
                          With           the           aforementioned<\/p>\n
                 modification,    this   application       is   disposed<\/p>\n
                 of.\n<\/p>\n
