Misc. Cases arise out of<\/p>\n<p>                 Kotwali P.S. case No. 05 of 2011 registered under sections-<\/p>\n<p>                 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and various provisions of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Arms Act and accordingly, the above-said Cr. Misc. Cases are<\/p>\n<p>                 being disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Taking into consideration that one country-made pistol<\/p>\n<p>                 and three live cartridges each, were recovered from each of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners and the petitioners are in jail custody for more than<\/p>\n<p>                 seven months, let the petitioners, namely, Chunnu Kumar (in<\/p>\n<p>                 Cr.Misc. No.20625 of 2011) and Kanhai Lal @ Kanhaiya Lal (in<\/p>\n<p>                 Cr.Misc. No.20890 of 2011) be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                 of the like   amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S.
