Mr.<br \/>\nParitosh Calla, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 6 and 7 has filed<br \/>\nsick note.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nspite of the order dated 20th September 2011 passed by<br \/>\nthis Court, it appears that respondent Nos. 6 and 7 remained<br \/>\nunrepresented since the learned counsel for  respondent Nos. 6 and 7<br \/>\nhas filed sick note.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nAGP has produced on record Pension Payment Order dated 30th<br \/>\nSeptember 2011 by which only the amount of gratuity is determined,<br \/>\nbut no final amount of pension after permissible revision of<br \/>\npay-scale to the petitioner is fixed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNecessary<br \/>\ncompliance of the order dated 20th September 2011 be made<br \/>\nby the School Authority forthwith, and, in case if some lacuna is<br \/>\nnoticed by the Local Fund Office of Rajkot, the final decision be<br \/>\ntaken on or before  9 th<br \/>\nNovember 2011, failing which, the Principal of the School,<br \/>\nrespondent No.6 herein, will be directed to personally remain present<br \/>\nbefore this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tS.O.\n<\/p>\n<p>to 9th November 2011.
