Even otherwise, no one appears for<br \/>\nthe respondent, though served. Under the circumstances, the statement<br \/>\nof learned AGP is accepted and the appeal is disposed with the<br \/>\nobservation that the petition is not heard on merits on account of<br \/>\nthe respondent&#8217;s letter clearly stating that he does not claim any<br \/>\nbenefit of the impugned order.
