Banka...Petitioners.\n                                         Versus\n                  STATE OF BIHAR                                           O.P.\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   7.7.2010                  Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>               instituted for offences under sections 307, 324 and some other<\/p>\n<p>               allied offences under the Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted that even according to the prosecution<\/p>\n<p>               case, the entire occurrence is said to have taken place due to<\/p>\n<p>               certain land dispute between the parties. Co-accused Shyam Lal<\/p>\n<p>               Singh and co-accused Panchnand Singh are alleged to have<\/p>\n<p>               assaulted the informant. The petitioners and few other accused<\/p>\n<p>               persons are alleged to have assaulted one Janardan Yadav son of<\/p>\n<p>               the informant.      By referring to injury report of Janardan Yadav,<\/p>\n<p>               Annexure-3, it is submitted that he has sustained only superficial<\/p>\n<p>               injury on his person and, therefore, the offence under section 307<\/p>\n<p>               of the Indian Penal Code would not be applicable against the<\/p>\n<p>               petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event<\/p>\n<p>               of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           weeks from today, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>           on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>           each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>           C.J.M, Banka in connection with Baunsi P.S.
