SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 05\/05\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tMr.Mrugen<br \/>\nPurohit, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has<br \/>\nsubmitted that as such number of HMP Suit pending in the Family<br \/>\nCourt, Ahmedabad is HMP Suit No.1193\/2010. However, by mistake in the<br \/>\ncertified copy, it was mentioned as HMP Suit No.1193\/2009. He has<br \/>\nstated at the bar that to correct the number in the certified copy,<br \/>\nan application was submitted and learned Family Court, Ahmedabad has<br \/>\nissued Notice in the said application and has fixed hearing of the<br \/>\nsaid application on 27th June,2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tAt<br \/>\nthe outset, it is required to be noted that as such on verifying the<br \/>\nrecord of the case itself, learned Family Court could have directed<br \/>\nto correct the HMP Suit Number accordingly and for that, application<br \/>\nis not required to be fixed for hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, S.O. to 15th<br \/>\nJune,2011.
