Dabhi, learned APP, upon instructions received from P.L.<br \/>\nMakwana, Police Inspector, Railway Police Station, Sabarmati,<br \/>\nAhmedabad, who is personally present before this Court, states that<br \/>\nin compliance with the order dated 1.12.2010, he has brought the<br \/>\ncorpus Padmini who is, at present, in custody of respondent No. 3 &#8211;<br \/>\nWomen Protection Home, Near Bhikshuk Gruh, Odhav, Ahmedabad, and he<br \/>\nwants to produce the corpus before this Court. We have permitted him<br \/>\nto produce the corpus.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tBefore<br \/>\nascertaining her wish and willingness, according to us, it is<br \/>\nnecessary to ascertain the age of the corpus<br \/>\nas there are two versions. According to the petitioner, the corpus is<br \/>\nmajor whereas according to respondent No. 4, the corpus is minor.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tAs<br \/>\nper the Birth Certificate produced at Annexure-C to this petition<br \/>\nissued by the Registrar of Birth, Kalol Taluka, District Gandhinagar,<br \/>\nthe date of birth of corpus Padmini is shown as 5.1.1993 whereas the<br \/>\nregistration date  is shown as 9.1.989.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tOn<br \/>\nperusal of the said Birth Certificate it is seen that initially the<br \/>\nBirth date was mentioned as 5.1.1989 but thereafter by doing<br \/>\nover-writing it has been made as 5.1.1993.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tWe,<br \/>\ntherefore, direct Mr. L.B. Dabhi, learned APP, to collect the<br \/>\noriginal record of the Birth date of corpus Padmini from the Birth<br \/>\nRegister of Kalol Taluka and produce the same before this Court so<br \/>\nthat this Court can ascertain her correct birth date. On production<br \/>\nof the same, her wish and willingness can also be ascertained.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tWe,<br \/>\ntherefore, adjourn this matter  to 7.12.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\t\tThe<br \/>\ncorpus, namely, Padmini who is at present in the custody of<br \/>\nrespondent No. 3 &#8211; Women Protection Home, Near Bhikshuk Gruh, Odhav,<br \/>\nAhmedabad, shall remain with the same institution till the next date<br \/>\nof hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>8.\t\tThe<br \/>\ncorpus will be produced before this Court on the next date of<br \/>\nhearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(A.M.\n<\/p>\n<p>KAPADIA, J)<\/p>\n<p>   (BANKIM N.
