(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             This is a petition under Articles 226\/227 of the Constitution of<\/p>\n<p>India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to release the terminal benefits on account of revision of pay<\/p>\n<p>scale including the gratuity, revised leave encashment along with arrears of<\/p>\n<p>pay fixation w.e.f 01.01.2007 as per Circular No.WRC\/1\/1\/2007\/Vol.III,<\/p>\n<p>dated 18.09.2009 (Annexure P-2).\n<\/p>\n<p>             It is contended that despite of the completion of all the<\/p>\n<p>formalities, the petitioner has not been granted the benefit of revised pay<\/p>\n<p>scales till date. The petitioner vide representation (Annexure P-3)<\/p>\n<p>requested the respondents for finalization of his case regarding the grant of<\/p>\n<p>benefits on account of revision of pay scales. Respondent no.3 vide letter<\/p>\n<p>dated 18.11.2010 (Annexure P-5) intimated the petitioner that his case for<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> C.W.P. No.11702 of 2011                                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>grant of terminal benefits on account of revision of pay scale and other<\/p>\n<p>retiral benefits is still under consideration.
