Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :18\/12\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       P.N.RAVINDRAN, J\n                            -------------------\n                       W.P.(C).34070\/2009\n                           --------------------\n           Dated this the 18th day of December, 2009\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>State Wakf Board to consider Ext.P1 complaint and conduct an<\/p>\n<p>enquiry in the allegations levelled against respondents 2 and 3.<\/p>\n<p>      Sri.M.M.Saidu Muhammed the learned standing counsel<\/p>\n<p>appearing for the Kerala State Wakf Board submits that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has been asked to furnish additional details and that<\/p>\n<p>the Kerala State Wakf Board will consider Ext.P1 complaint and<\/p>\n<p>proceed to conduct an enquiry if the petitioner furnishes the<\/p>\n<p>additional information sought from him.
