Learned<br \/>\nAdvocate invited attention of the Court to page Nos.8, 10, 12, 25, 27<br \/>\nand 30 at which various Annexures are placed showing the &#8216;attitude of<br \/>\na Government Officer&#8217; which sufficiently reflects the &#8216;respect&#8217; the<br \/>\nconcerned Officer is having for the &#8216;Judicial System&#8217; and the Order\/s<br \/>\npassed by the competent Court &#8211; in this case the High Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tLooking<br \/>\nto the seriousness of the matter, it is directed that the concerned<br \/>\nOfficer who is signatory to letter dated 16\/09\/2011-the Deputy<br \/>\nExecutive Engineer, Irrigation Sub Division, Gondal shall personally<br \/>\nremain present before this Court on 21\/10\/2011 i.e. tomorrow at<br \/>\n11:00 a.m., failing which the Court will have no other option<br \/>\nthan to pass coercive order\/s.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIt<br \/>\nwill be open for the concerned Officer to comply with the order dated<br \/>\n18\/02\/2011 which was reiterated by this Court while passing order in<br \/>\nCA No.5407 of 2011 on 12\/05\/2011 before coming to the Court so as<br \/>\nabsolve him from the consequences arising from the conduct reflected<br \/>\nfrom the aforesaid annexures to the Civil Application.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tDirect<br \/>\nService is permitted today.
