Mr. Bardwaj, on the instructions from ASI Des<br \/>\nRaj, states that the petitioner has joined the<br \/>\ninvestigation and he is no longer required by the<br \/>\ninvestigating agency.\n<\/p>\n<p> 2. In view of this, the order dated 1.10.2002 is<br \/>\nmade absolute. It is, however, made clear that the benefit<br \/>\nof this order will enure to the petitioner till the filing<br \/>\nof the challan whereupon he would furnish fresh bail bond<br \/>\nto the satisfaction of the trial court.\n<\/p>\n<p> 3.
