Case No. 36 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 697 of 2010<br \/>\n               pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra is moved by Sri<br \/>\n               Sharwan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Vijay<br \/>\n               Kumar Sharma learned counsel for the informant and nobody appears on behalf<br \/>\n               of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In view of the allegations made in the first information report, I find<br \/>\n               that this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.
