Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :27\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n            ----------------------------------------------\n             Bail Application No.6709 of 2010\n           ------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 27th day of October, 2010\n\n                              ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioners, who are accused Nos.2 &amp; 3 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.1142 of 2010 of Sasthamcotta Police Station, Kollam<\/p>\n<p>for offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 308 &amp;<\/p>\n<p>506(i) I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the<\/p>\n<p>application.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of<\/p>\n<p>this nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners to surrender before the Investigating<\/p>\n<p>Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then to have<\/p>\n<p>their application for bail considered by the Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioners shall<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the investigating officer on 10\/11\/2010<\/p>\n<p>or on 11\/11\/2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material, if any.
