However,<\/p>\n<p>                     none appears on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences<\/p>\n<p>                     punishable under Sections 452, 302, 386, 120B and 34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner&#8217;s prayer for bail had earlier been rejected<\/p>\n<p>                     by this Court on 08.03.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44015 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2009, however, liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew<\/p>\n<p>                     his prayer for bail after completion of one year of his judicial<\/p>\n<p>                     custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2009 and he has completed<\/p>\n<p>                     more than one year in custody. It is further submitted that on<\/p>\n<p>                     earlier occasion one of the reasons for rejecting the prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                     bail of the petitioner was that the prayer for bail of the<\/p>\n<p>                     similarly situated co-accused, namely, Rajesh Kumar Singh<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     and Arvind Singh, was rejected by a Bench of this Court.<\/p>\n<p>     However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-<\/p>\n<p>     accused Rajesh Kumar Singh has subsequently been granted<\/p>\n<p>     bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.08.2010 in<\/p>\n<p>     Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15410 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In the facts and the circumstances of the case, I direct<\/p>\n<p>     the above named petitioner, ABINASH KUMAR @ SHIV<\/p>\n<p>     PUJAN SINGH, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>     of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>     like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>     Judge-VI, Begusarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No.<\/p>\n<p>     955 of 2009, arising out of Naokothi Police Station Case No.<\/p>\n<p>     40 of 2009 with a further condition that one of the bailors of<\/p>\n<p>     the petitioner must be his father. Further, the petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>     remain present    on each and every date during the course of<\/p>\n<p>     trial.
