This appeal is by the claimant for enhancement of
\nCompensation awarded by the Tribunal.<\/p>\n
2. Heard. The appeal is admitted andl\u00e9p’<\/p>\n

is taken up for final disposal.\n<\/p>\n
3. For the sake of convejniencehparties.vare:’refei’red too<\/p>\n
as they are referred to in  ‘peptitionigbefore the
\nTribunal.\n<\/p>\n
4.  Brief  are:\n<\/p>\n
 on ._  when the Claimant was<\/p>\n
travelling in”  autorickshaw bearing registration<\/p>\n
‘  on public road at Parivarakana of Aletty<\/p>\n
“\u00a22i1iag\u00a2,’dditi’s1i11ia taluk, the jeep bearing registration<\/p>\n
1\\io.~~KRA;:1V2–M–9696 came in a rash and negligent manner<\/p>\n
 , and dashed against the autorickshaw. As a result, the<\/p>\n
 claimant sustained injuries. Hence, he filed a claim<\/p>\n
petition before the MACT. Puttur, seeking compensation
\n%’<\/p>\n
of Rs.3,00,000\/~. The Tribunal by impugned judgment
\nand award has awarded compensation of Rs.4’7.500\/~
\nwith interest at 6% pa. Aggrieved by the quantum of
\ncompensation awarded by the Tribunal the  is<\/p>\n

8. Mter   learned Counsel for the parties<\/p>\n
aridlVvperusiln’g–V th_e__.award of the Tribunal, I am of the<\/p>\n
‘ is”view,_thiat._lthe compensation awarded by the Tribunal is<\/p>\n
”  ju’stfjan;elllproper, it is on the lower side and therefore<\/p>\n
it is deserved to be enhanced.\n<\/p>\n

 has sustained the following injuries:<\/p>\n
i] Bleeding abrasion over right sub–mandibilar
\nregion measuring 2 X 1\/4 cm.\n<\/p>\n
ii} Tenderness over right aspect of Mandible.<\/p>\n
iii] Bleeding laceration of the posterior, of<\/p>\n
the right fore arm measuring   _<\/p>\n
iv] Tenderness over the  of <\/p>\n
knee.\n<\/p>\n

awarded  Tribunal towards pain and suffering is<\/p>\n
   lower sideldand it is deserved to be enhanced by<\/p>\n
 ._ a~a;;ibt1:;:\u00ab:,loR$:’V;5?;ooo\/– and 1 award Rs.25,000\/– under this<\/p>\n
