Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                           ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              ------------------------------------\n                         W.P.(C) 37203 of 2007\n             -------------------------------------\n                       Dated: December 17, 2007\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The detention of goods as per Ext.P6 is under challenge in<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition.      In view of the irregularities   noticed, I am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied that this case calls for an enquiry.<\/p>\n<p>       2. In as much as the request of the petitioner for release of<\/p>\n<p>the goods as per Ext.P6 is concerned, petitioner offers bank<\/p>\n<p>guarantee to be furnished for the security demanded.         In view of<\/p>\n<p>this, I see no justification for continuing the detention now ordered.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
