Further, the apprehension of breach of peace is also<br \/>\n\tstated.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tappears that the rainy season is over and therefore, the convict can<br \/>\n\tundertake the repairing.  Further, he was released earlier on bail<br \/>\n\tand no untoward incident has happened or is reported by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tfurther appears that the applicant-convict has not enjoyed temporary<br \/>\n\tbail or furlough after 25.10.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\tconsidering the facts and circumstances, the applicant be released<br \/>\n\ton temporary bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his<br \/>\n\trelease on a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- and with the further direct<br \/>\n\tthat upon the expiry of the said period of 10 days, he shall<br \/>\n\tsurrender with the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>Application<br \/>\n\tallowed to the aforesaid extent.
