The Accountant General,Bihar,Patna\n                                             -------------------------- Respondents.\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03   21-04-2011                 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and Sri Dhirendra Kumar, learned A.C. to Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                     Advocate General no.14.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner, who retired with effect from 31.8.2010<\/p>\n<p>                     from the post of Male Family Welfare Worker, Health Sub-Centre,<\/p>\n<p>                     Kalaujar under Primary Health Centre, Kalyanpur Block in the<\/p>\n<p>                     district of Samastipur, has prayed for directing the Respondents to<\/p>\n<p>                     make payment of retiral dues including pension, gratuity and leave<\/p>\n<p>                     encashment with statutory admissible interest. The petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                     further prayed for directing the Respondents to make payment of<\/p>\n<p>                     statutory interest on the delayed payment of G.P.F. amount.<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed a<\/p>\n<p>                     representation before Respondent no.4 \/ Civil Surgeon-cum- Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Medical Officer, Samastipur.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        being disposed of directing the Respondents, particularly<\/p>\n<p>        Respondent no.4 to take steps for clearing all the retiral dues and<\/p>\n<p>        fix the pension of the petitioner within a period of two months<\/p>\n<p>        from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order. So far<\/p>\n<p>        as interest on the delayed payment of G.P.F. amount is concerned,<\/p>\n<p>        the petitioner is granted liberty to file representation before the<\/p>\n<p>        Respondent no.7.
