Marauna, Dist-Supaul.\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2 29.11.2010            In this writ application petitioner has challenged<\/p>\n<p>               the appointment of respondent No. 7 as Anganbari Sevika,<\/p>\n<p>               on the ground that she got the appointment on the basis of<\/p>\n<p>               forged mark sheet.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that<\/p>\n<p>               the petitioner has already filed a complaint before the<\/p>\n<p>               Collector Supaul against the appointment of respondent No.<\/p>\n<p>               7 as far back as, on 3.9.2009 a copy whereof is annexed as<\/p>\n<p>               Annexure-9 to the writ application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        He submits that till now the Collector, Supaul, has<\/p>\n<p>               not considered the matter.
