Originally, a complaint was<\/p>\n<p>                 filed which was later registered as first information report.           In the<\/p>\n<p>                 complaint, which was filed on or about 25.03.2010, it was alleged that on<\/p>\n<p>                 15.01.2010, co-accused persons came to the informant&#8217;s house and took<\/p>\n<p>                 away his son to his sasural stating that his mother-in-law was sick.<\/p>\n<p>                 Informant came to know that, on the same day, his son was poisoned at<\/p>\n<p>                 his sasural because his mother-in-law did not agree to marry her second<\/p>\n<p>                 daughter to the deceased, who was earlier married to the elder daughter<\/p>\n<p>                 who died in course of delivery. Informant&#8217;s son used to give money to his<\/p>\n<p>                 mother-in-law which they did not intend to return.           Petitioner is the<\/p>\n<p>                 mother-in-law. on behalf of petitioner, it is submitted that there is no real<\/p>\n<p>                 explanation why the complaint was lodged after almost two months of the<\/p>\n<p>                 occurrence even though in the complaint itself, it is noted that he had got<\/p>\n<p>                 report of death of his son immediately and a U D case had already been<\/p>\n<p>                 registered in that regard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances, as aforesaid,<\/p>\n<p>                 including the fact that petitioner is a lady, she is directed to be released on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><br \/>\n          bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>          two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Noorsarai Police Station Case No 88<\/p>\n<p>          of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>M.E.H.\/                                       (Navaniti Prasad Singh)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
