Permission was granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tPapers<br \/>\nare received from the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\npresent application is filed seeking temporary bail for Ravatbhai<br \/>\nArjanbhai and Jagdishbhai Arjanbhai for a period of 45 days so as to<br \/>\nhave partition of agricultural land as the mother of the applicant<br \/>\nand convicts has expired and the land is required to be mutated in<br \/>\nthe names of four brothers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned APP Mr.Pandya waives service of notice of rule<br \/>\non behalf of the respondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP made available for perusal the jail remarks for Ravatbhai<br \/>\nArjanbhai and Jagdishbhai @ Jago Arjanbhai Bandhiya with utmost<br \/>\npromptness. The Court puts its appreciation on record. Convict<br \/>\nRavatbhai Arjanbhai has not enjoyed any temporary bail or furlough,<br \/>\nwhereas Jagdishbhai Arjanbhai has enjoyed one temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of four days at the time when his son had scorpion bite and he<br \/>\nwas required medical treatment.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is partly allowed. The<br \/>\nconvicts prisoners are ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\nbail for a period of 25 days from the date of<br \/>\ntheir actual release, on their executing a personal bond of<br \/>\nRs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\njail authorities.
