When these applications were
\n\tlisted on 09th February 2011, this Court passed the
\n\tfollowing order :\n<\/p>\n
“Office
\nobjections shall be removed on or before 24th February
\n2011, failing which Registry is directed to notify Appeal\/
\nApplication for appropriate order of dismissing it for
\nnon-prosecution on 28th February 2011.”\n<\/p>\n
Inspite of the aforesaid order, no
\n\tsteps have been taken by the applicant. Hence, present applications
\n\tstand dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Consequently,
\n\tthe First Appeals
\n\twill not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n
