Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :22\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                       -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No.22368 of 2008\n                      --------------------------\n              Dated this the 22nd October, 2008\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner claims to be an authorized support center<\/p>\n<p>of a wholly owned Government of India Enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner&#8217;s service is being rendered in relation to the<\/p>\n<p>systems placed in 22 Industrial Training Institutes.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner&#8217;s grievance is that the amounts due under the<\/p>\n<p>annual maintenance contract to be disbursed by the<\/p>\n<p>Principal of the concerned Training Institute have not<\/p>\n<p>been disbursed so far, apparently for the lack of<\/p>\n<p>concurrence in that regard. Exhibit P10 is pending before<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that the 1st respondent required the originals of<\/p>\n<p>certain documents. It is further submitted that certain<\/p>\n<p>irregularities in the service rendered        by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>was complained of in this regard by the concerned<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No.22368 of 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Principal. If documents which are in the custody of Princi<\/p>\n<p>al are required, the 1st respondent shall summon the<\/p>\n<p>documents and verify the same.
