Present Incharge Medical Officer, Primary<\/p>\n<p>                      Health Centre, Gona, Bikarma District Patna is personally<\/p>\n<p>                      present in Court in compliance of the earlier order passed by<\/p>\n<p>                      this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                      opposite party no.3, stating that 50% of the amount of death-<\/p>\n<p>                      cum-retirement benefit has been paid to the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                      remaining 50% of death-cum-retirement benefit has been paid<\/p>\n<p>                      to Meena Devi, first wife of the deceased. With regard to<\/p>\n<p>                      gratuity and family pension, it is stated that the deponent has<\/p>\n<p>                      already sent relevant papers to the Accountant General, Bihar,<\/p>\n<p>                      Patna vide letter no.405 dated 16.05.2011. Thereafter again the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         required papers were sent by the deponent on 22.06.2011 to<\/p>\n<p>         the Accountant General, which were received in the office of<\/p>\n<p>         the Accountant General         on the same day i.e. 22.06.2011<\/p>\n<p>         (Annexure B ).\n<\/p>\n<p>                     4. In the said circumstances, the order of this Court<\/p>\n<p>       having been complied, this M.J.C. petition is disposed with a<\/p>\n<p>       direction to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna to comply the<\/p>\n<p>       order of this Court expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>MPS\/                             ( S.
