SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 14\/10\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tA<br \/>\nrequest is made on behalf of Shri Gupta to adjourn the matter.<br \/>\nInvestigating Officer is present, who has by spending Rs. 640\/-<br \/>\ntowards the transportation charges and Rs. 90 towards TA DA, which is<br \/>\npublic money, has come to the Court. However, considering the request<br \/>\nmade on behalf of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\napplicant, stand over to 19\/10\/2011 on condition, as agreed by Ms.<br \/>\nPandit, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Shri Gupta, learned<br \/>\nadvocate appearing on behalf of the applicant, that the applicant<br \/>\nshall deposit a sum of Rs. 750\/- with the Registry of this Court<br \/>\ntowards the cost, which shall be paid to the Investigating Officer,<br \/>\nwho on receipt of the same, shall not claim TA DA and transport<br \/>\ncharges in question.
