JUSTICE A.L.DAVE)<\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned advocate Mr. Mithani and learned advocate Ms. Maya Desai for<br \/>\nthe respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Mithani states that the respondents have been served<br \/>\nonly yesterday and he will be filing the service affidavit during the<br \/>\ncourse of the day today.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tMs.\n<\/p>\n<p>Desai, on the other hand, states that she needs time to have detailed<br \/>\ninstructions and study papers.
