NO.22711 OF 2010\n                    --------------------------------------------\n                    Dated this the 22nd day of July, 2010\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who is working as Headmaster in Narikkattiri<\/p>\n<p>L.V.L.P School, Aroor in Kozhikode district filed this Writ Petition<\/p>\n<p>challenging Ext.P11 order of suspension. The period of suspension was<\/p>\n<p>subsequently extended as per Ext.P12 order. Later, the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>issued Ext.P13 memo of charges. The petitioner has filed a statement in<\/p>\n<p>reply to Ext.P13 memo of charges. In the meanwhile, he has filed Ext.P14<\/p>\n<p>revision petition before the Government against the order of suspension.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, he is challenging Exts.P12 and P13 in the said revision petition.<\/p>\n<p>Considering the fact that Ext.P14 revision petition is pending before the<\/p>\n<p>Government, I am of the view that this Court need not look into the merits<\/p>\n<p>of the contentions raised in this Writ Petition at this stage. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider Ext.P14 revision petition submitted by the petitioner and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders thereon expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                    (C.T.
