In connection with this case, the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.05.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner is said to have assaulted the<\/p>\n<p>                     informant on the chest causing 4&#8243; long x 1\/4&#8243; sharp<\/p>\n<p>                     cut wound over right chest.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                On examination of the injury, it was found<\/p>\n<p>                     that the injury was simple in nature.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts aforesaid, the above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in<\/p>\n<p>                     Bhabhua Police Station Case No. 34 of 2011 on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                     with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur<\/p>\n<p>                     at Bhabhua.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Anand                                                   (Sheema Ali Khan, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
