Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has<br \/>\nsubmitted that in similarly situated matter, order has been passed by<br \/>\nthis Court, dated 10th July, 2008, in W. P. (S) 6595 of 2005<br \/>\n(Annexure-&#8216;3&#8217; to memo of petition) and submitted that similar order<br \/>\nmay kindly be passed. The present petitioner is seeking arrears of<br \/>\nsalary, non-practising allowance. The petitioner is an M.B.B.S. Doctor.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.   Mr. P. P. Roy, J. C. to S.C.I, has submitted that they have no much<br \/>\nobjection, if the direction is given (as given in earlier matter at<br \/>\nAnnexure-&#8216;3&#8217;, ) to the respondents and the matter may kindly be<br \/>\ndecided, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   In view of these submissions, the petitioner is permitted to make<br \/>\nfresh representation before the Secretary, Health, Medical Education &amp;<br \/>\nFamily Welfare Department, Jharkhand, Ranchi. If such representation<br \/>\nis filed, the Secretary shall consider the representation, in accordance<br \/>\nwith law, rules, regulations, policy and Government enforceable order,<br \/>\napplicable to the petitioner and after giving adequate opportunity of<br \/>\nbeing   heard   to   the       petitioner     or     to    his    representative.   The<br \/>\nrepresentation of the petitioner will be decided, in accordance with<br \/>\nlaw, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of such<br \/>\nrepresentation. The petitioner is permitted to present before the<br \/>\n Secretary all the necessary documents upon which the petitioner is<br \/>\nrelying upon, over and above, what is stated in this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed<br \/>\nof.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  (D. N.
