Court fee<br \/>\n filed along with the application is taken on record. The time period<br \/>\n for payment of Court fee is extended till 22.9.2011, the date on<br \/>\n which the aforesaid Court fee was paid.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Heard on admission.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Admit.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Notice on behalf of respondent no.1(1) to (6) is accepted by<br \/>\n Shri Shashank Upadhya and respondent nos.2, 3 &amp; 4 by Shri Piyush<br \/>\n Dharmadhikari, G.A.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Record of the trial Court be summoned.<br \/>\n         I.A.No.10937\/2011 for stay.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Notice of this application is accepted by Shri Upadhya. Shri<br \/>\n Upadhya prays for a short time to file reply.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Till next date of hearing, following directions are issued:-\n<\/p>\n<p>1.      Appellant to deposit 50% of the awarded amount before the<br \/>\nReference Court within a period of fifteen days from today and<br \/>\nintimate to the respondents about such deposit.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.      The respondent nos.1(1) to (6) on furnishing due security to<br \/>\nthe satisfaction of Reference Court can withdraw the aforesaid<br \/>\namount within a period of thirty days from the date of its deposit<br \/>\nbefore the Reference Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             F.A.No.835\/2011<\/p>\n<p>    3.
