The appellant was present in person, whereas the respondents were<br \/>\nrepresented by Shri Zile Singh, ACP and Shri Ramesh Chander, Inspector.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The appellant filed RTI-request dated 7.7.2010 addressed to Additional<br \/>\nCommissioner of Police, Vigilance, seeking copy of vigilance enquiry report in respect of<br \/>\nhis complaint dated 27.2.2009 The PIO vide letter No.5615\/DIC\/SWD dated 23.7.2010 has<br \/>\ninformed the appellant that as per report of ACP\/PG Cell &amp; HAC\/SWD the said complaint<br \/>\nwas got enquired through ACP\/PG Cell\/SWD and after enquiry, the same has already<br \/>\nbeen filed on 14.7.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     Aggrieved by the decision of PIO, the appellant filed first-appeal 17.8.2010 before<br \/>\nFAA. The FAA vide order No. (125)\/RTIA\/2010(SWD)\/7015-16\/AA\/SWD dated 14.9.2010<br \/>\nhas decided appellant&#8217;s first-appeal, who observed that the appellant didn&#8217;t ask any<br \/>\nspecific information vide application dated 7.7.2010. However, the available information<br \/>\ni.e. status of his complaint has been provided by PIO\/SWD. Besides, the PIO\/SWD has<br \/>\nalso allowed the permissible part of enquiry report as well his statement vide letter No.<br \/>\n6718\/(1614)\/DIC\/SWD dated 1.9.2010 in response to his another RTI application dated<br \/>\n23.7.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                                                         Case No. CIC\/SS\/A\/2010\/001221<\/p>\n<p>4.     During the hearing the respondents submitted that appellant&#8217;s complaint was<br \/>\nrelated to injury and stolen goods. The matter was enquired by the Police, the allegations<br \/>\nleveled could not be substantiated and the case has been filed. The respondents further<br \/>\nprovided the information vide letter No. 2396\/DIC\/SWD dated 23.3.2011, after filing the<br \/>\nsecond appeal before the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     After hearing the parties and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the<br \/>\nCommission observes that the requisite information, permissible under the RTI Act, has<br \/>\nbeen provided to the appellant.
