.’2?,.2.():’3;2{)l0’T as  Annexure Hi it is stated that the land in question<\/p>\n
is reqdired vptirpose of burrial ground. In between the<\/p>\n
respondents have “also issued a corrigenduni changing the purpose<\/p>\n
  the preliminary wnotification. After issuing the<\/p>\n
co_rrigendnm the respondents have not afforded an opportunity to the<\/p>\n

petitioners. On this ground the impugned notifications are liable to<\/p>\n

4. It is seen from the record that the residents   <\/p>\n
village requested the respondents to reserve 1 acre_.~0f.<\/p>\n
graveyard out of 51 acres in survey No. 2I..:=fI’he.-responden.ts*as’per  .l<\/p>\n
order dated 02.11.2004 reserved lsacre 30″g_u’r1:as of’l’l’land_V_:VforT\u00a7<\/p>\n
graveyard of the villagers. When such  the caseithlere is no
\nreason for acquiring the land irrsitrvely  __24. If for any<\/p>\n
reason the land reserved for g1’aveyard’-ir;__survey'”No. 21 is not<\/p>\n
suitable, then the  hiaveto explore whether the remaining
\nland availabiein su.itable for graveyard. Without<\/p>\n
undertaking such an evxercise thelrespondents have notified lands in<\/p>\n
