JUSTICE AJAI LAMBA\n\n\nPRESENT: -      Mr. Gurcharan Dass,                Advocate,         for\n                the petitioner.\n\n                Mr.   Anil  Sharma,               Senior   Deputy\n                Advocate   General,                Punjab,    for\n                respondent No.2.\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                Mr. Vir Bhan Singla, Advocate, for<br \/>\n                respondent Nos.4 and 5.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>                            .      .     .\n\nAJAI LAMBA, J (Oral)\n\n                While       issuing      notice       of     motion        on\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>13.1.2009, the following order was passed:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                      &#8220;Learned counsel contends that the petitioner<br \/>\n                applied for two courses i.e. one course for dress making<br \/>\n                and the other one for computer operator program assistant<br \/>\n                (COPA) (both second shift). The Director, Technical<br \/>\n                Education, made recommendations to respondent Nos.4<br \/>\n                and 5 as far back as 21.1.2003 vide Annexure P-1.<br \/>\n                Thereafter the petitioner has been pursuing the case and<br \/>\n                even made a representation, however, no decision has<br \/>\n                been taken.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                       Notice of motion to respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5 only,<br \/>\n                at this stage.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                     Mr. H.S. Brar, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab,<br \/>\n                accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                       Mr. Vir Bhan Singla, Advocate, who is present in<br \/>\n CWP No.499 of 2009                                           [2]<\/p>\n<p>                     Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.4 and 5.<\/p>\n<p>                           Adjourned to 16.3.2009.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n                     Learned           counsel          appearing            for<\/p>\n<p>respondent     Nos.4        and    5    contends       that        the    matter<\/p>\n<p>would be placed before the Committee in the very<\/p>\n<p>next meeting and a decision would be taken.<\/p>\n<p>                     This     petition        is      disposed       of     with<\/p>\n<p>direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5 viz.
