It is now pointed out by the<\/p>\n<p>Standing Counsel for the respondent corporation that in WP<\/p>\n<p>(c).No.17300\/2008 filed by the 3rd respondent herein this<\/p>\n<p>court has, by judgment dated 2nd July 2008, directed that<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 therein be disposed of with notice to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>therein and the 4th respondent, who is the petitioner herein.<\/p>\n<p>It is further directed that the order be kept in abeyance for a<\/p>\n<p>period of 8 weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
