 \tThe
\napplicant seeks condonation of delay in filing Letters Patent Appeal.
\nLetters Patent Appeal is directed against decision of Learned Single
\nJudge dated 30.9.2008 rendered in Special Civil Application
\nno.29532\/2007. Issue pertains to interest on delayed payment of
\npensionary benefit. The applicant is aged about 85 years. It is
\nstated that due to old age he was unable to decide what appropriate
\nsteps should be taken upon receipt of copy of order. On the ground of
\nold age and other reasons indicated in Civil Application, as well as
\nthose presented before us through counsel, delay is condoned. Civil
\nApplication  is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n
