RAMKUMAR, J.\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Bail Application No. 1393 of 2009\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          Dated this the 23rd day of March, 2009.\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners who are accused Nos. 2 and 3 in Crime No. 166 of<\/p>\n<p>2009 of Kottarakkara Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 506(i), 294(b), 427 and 34 IPC and Section 27<\/p>\n<p>Arms Act, seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the petitioners and the other circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-<\/p>\n<p>charge of the police station concerned to release the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners on bail for a period of one month in the event of<\/p>\n<p>their arrest in connection with the above case on each of them<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five<\/p>\n<p>thousand only)     with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 1393\/2009                 : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    Petitioners   shall    report   before   the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.<br \/>\n             on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. Petitioners shall make themselves available<br \/>\n             for interrogation including custodial interrogation<br \/>\n             as and when      required by the     Investigating<br \/>\n             Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n             the prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt<br \/>\n             to tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n             while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             5.
